Roz Taiyari — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Roz Taiyari (the Telegram bot @roztaiyaribot and the website https://roztaiyari.com) processes, why, and what rights you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

Roz Taiyari is an independent practice service. It is not connected with SSC, RRB, IBPS, UPSC, any State PSC or any government body.
1. Who can use Roz Taiyari
The service is only for adults aged 18 or older. We ask you to confirm your age before you start. We do not knowingly process data of children. If you believe a child has used the service, write to hello@gramforge.io and we will delete the data.
2. What we collect and why

Photos and signatures that you send to the photo tool are processed in memory only to resize them, and are deleted immediately after the result is sent. We never store them, never use them for any other purpose and never log them.
We do not collect your phone number, location, contacts or government ID numbers. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Consent
By confirming that you are 18+ and continuing, you consent to the processing described above for these purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data with /deletemydata in the bot or the “Delete my data” button on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.
4. AI explanations
When you ask for an AI explanation, we send the question text, its options, the correct answer and its source to our AI provider to write the explanation. We do not send your name, Telegram ID or any other personal data with it. Explanations are cached per question and language.
5. Who processes data for us
- Telegram — delivers messages and processes Stars payments under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting provider — stores our database on servers that we control.
- AI provider (Anthropic) — writes explanations from question text only (see section 4).
- Email provider — only if you use email login on the website.
Data may be processed on servers outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act.
6. How long we keep data
- Account, answers and progress: while your account is active. If you do not use the service for 24 months, we delete your account.
- Payment records: up to 2920 days after payment for refunds and accounting, longer only if the law requires it. After you delete your account they are kept without your profile.
- Email login codes: 10 minutes. Server logs: up to 30 days, without message content.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Access a summary of your data and how it is processed — write to hello@gramforge.io or /paysupport.
- Correct or update your data — change language, exam, date and time in /settings, or write to us.
- Erase your data — /deletemydata in the bot or the button on the website deletes your account completely.
- Grievance redressal — write to our grievance officer at hello@gramforge.io. We reply within 7 days and in any case within the time required by the DPDP Rules.
- Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity — write to us.
- If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to the database, store only hashes of login codes and refresh tokens, and keep the minimum data needed. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected users and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always at https://roztaiyari.com/privacy. If changes are significant, we will tell you in the bot.
