Roz Taiyari — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Telegram bot @roztaiyaribot, its Mini App and the website https://roztaiyari.com (together, “Roz Taiyari”), operated by GramForge. Contact: hello@gramforge.io.

1. What Roz Taiyari is

Roz Taiyari is an independent practice service for government job exams. It is not connected with, endorsed by or acting for SSC, RRB, IBPS, UPSC, any State Public Service Commission or any government body. Exam dates, eligibility, syllabus and photo/signature requirements are always decided by the official notice of the exam body — please check it before applying.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 years or older. By confirming your age and continuing, you accept these terms and the privacy policy at https://roztaiyari.com/privacy.

3. Practice content

• Questions are written by our team, based on official sources (such as PIB, ministry websites, the Constitution of India and NCERT textbooks), and are checked by a human reviewer before they are shown to users.
• Mistakes are still possible. Use ⚠️ Report an error under any question; we review reports and correct errors.
• AI explanations are generated from the question, its answer and its source. They are study help, not an official answer key.
• We do not use content from coaching institutes. Questions from previous exams, if used, are retyped with our own explanations and a link to the official paper.

4. Photo and signature tool

The tool resizes your photo and signature to the sizes published in official notices. Please compare the result with the official notice before uploading. Your images are processed in memory and are not stored.

5. Free and paid features

• Free: Daily 10, diagnostic test, photo and signature tool, weekly mistake revision, group quizzes and a few AI explanations a day.
• Paid (Pro): unlimited mistake revision, topic sets and mock tests, exam-date plan and up to 20 AI explanations a day.
• Prices are shown in Telegram Stars before you pay. Paid features are sold only for Telegram Stars inside Telegram. We never ask you to pay through outside links.
• Week Pass (7 days) and Exam Sprint (90 days) are one-time payments. Pro is a subscription that renews every 30 days until you cancel it in /settings or in Telegram. Group Pass gives Pro features to one study group for 30 days.

6. Refunds

• If a paid feature did not work, or you paid by mistake, write to /paysupport within 7 days of the payment.
• Approved refunds are returned in Telegram Stars to the account that paid (using Telegram's refund for Star payments). Access bought with the refunded payment ends after the refund.
• Pro subscription: the latest renewal is refunded if you ask within 48 hours of it and have not used Pro since.
• After you cancel a subscription, the unused part of the current period is not refunded, but Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• We answer payment questions within 48 hours.

7. Rules of use

You agree not to:

• share exam leaks, answers to an ongoing exam or other unlawful content through the bot or in groups where the bot is present;
• try to break, overload or copy the service or its question bank;
• create accounts for someone under 18.

We may stop the service for accounts or groups that break these rules. The bot leaves groups where leaks are shared.

8. Liability

We work to keep the content correct and the service available, but we provide it “as is”. We are not responsible for decisions of exam bodies, rejected applications or results. Our total liability for a paid feature is limited to the Stars you paid for it.

9. Changes and contact
