Photo: what the notice says
- Recent colour passport-style photo on a light, preferably white, background. Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
- No cap, hat or dark glasses. Religious headwear is fine if it does not cover the face. With glasses, avoid reflections so your eyes are clear.
- No harsh shadows and no red-eye. JPG, 200 × 230 px, 20–50 KB.
- The form also takes a separate live photo by webcam or phone; you do not need a file for that.
- Keep about 8 printed copies of this same photo: SBI needs them at later stages.
Signature: what the notice says
- Sign with a black pen on white paper, not in capital letters. JPG, 140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB.
- Your signature at the exam must match the uploaded one, otherwise you can be disqualified.
Left thumb impression: what the notice says
- Press your left thumb on white paper with black or blue ink. JPG, 240 × 240 px (3 × 3 cm), 20–50 KB.
- No left thumb? Use the right thumb, and follow the notice for other fingers.
Handwritten declaration: what the notice says
- Write the declaration yourself, in English, with black ink on white paper. Copy the text exactly.
- Do not write in capital letters. Written by someone else or in another language = application invalid.
- JPG, 800 × 400 px (10 × 5 cm), 50–100 KB.
