Short answer: IBPS and SBI forms ask you to write a short declaration in English, in your own handwriting, with black ink on white paper, and upload it as a JPG of 800 × 400 px at 200 DPI (10 × 5 cm), 50 KB to 100 KB. It must not be in capital letters.

What is the handwritten declaration text for IBPS PO?

Can I write the declaration in Hindi or in capital letters?
No. The notices ask for English only, in the candidate’s own handwriting, not in capital letters. A declaration written by someone else or in another language can make the application invalid.
What is the size of the handwritten declaration?
JPG, 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI, which is 10 × 5 cm, and a file of 50 KB to 100 KB, in the IBPS and SBI notices alike.
My declaration is bigger than 100 KB. How do I reduce it?
